APR, including the APR app and APR web app on AroundPearlRiver.com, is committed to maintaining a safe platform for users and the community. APR has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking-related content involving minors, or any content or behavior that endangers children.
APR strictly prohibits:
Any account found engaging in this behavior may be immediately suspended or permanently banned. Relevant content may be removed without warning and reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.
APR provides in-app mechanisms for users to report unsafe content, suspicious activity, or accounts that may violate child safety standards, including report options on posts and user profiles. Users may also contact support through APR support channels.
APR reviews reported content and takes appropriate action, which may include content removal, account restriction, account termination, and escalation to law enforcement or child safety organizations where legally required.
APR complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. When APR becomes aware of confirmed child sexual abuse material or exploitation-related activity, APR will take appropriate enforcement action and make reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities when required by law.
APR does not allow content or conduct that exploits, harms, or endangers minors. APR reserves the right to investigate accounts, remove content, and restrict access where needed to protect users and comply with platform and legal obligations.
